Research for the third book in the Aussie Soldier Series is now underway - Aussie Soldier Peacekeeper (this includes Peacekeepers, Peace Enforcers, Observers, Humanitarian and Reconstruction Operations).

As usual not all questions need to be answered alternatively you have the option to just send us a story your story.
Also the second book in the Soldiers’ Tales series (very short stories, quotes and anecdotes) is being put together so if you have any story on anything military send it through. Also send any photo’s you think appropriate - the best photo will be used as the cover for this book.

UNTITLED BOOK - Paul Johnstone
Paul Johnstone, who is a former peacekeeper, and whose wife is also a triple plus PK person is writing a book, and is seeking our support and assistance.
Paul is keen to record the personal stories from Australians and how they felt, what missions they served, the roles they performed, associated dangers, interactions with the local populations, achievements and outcomes of the mission, to name but a few topics.
This book is not just about ADF personnel, but AFP or civilians that you may know.

Throughout the country numerous businesses and organisations provide special rates for currently serving and ex-members of the Australian Defence Force. This is their way of showing appreciation for the particularly unique nature of serving in the ADF. For Veteran's of Cambodia
A 4 DVD set called "Soksabaay" is being produced by Dave Menz, a former member of the FCU - UNTAC.
The DVDs are being mastered from original film footage taken in-country. The contents of the DVDs include;
DVD 1 - Soksabaay 1 to 5 inclusive,
DVD 2 - Aussies in Cambodia Jun 92 to Mar 93,
DVD 3 - Briefing, and
DVD 4 - Red Faces.
Each person wanting a set will need to send 4 blank DVD s including a mailing package, with prepaid postage and return address for delivery. The Soksabaay set will then be posted back within 48 hrs.
