The APPVA has been working closely with Deputy Secretary Alison McLaren's Team.  Alison is responsible for Veteran, Family & Stakeholder Experience.  Stakeholder experience is the area we are talking about now, and in the past it was common to have your questions ignored by DVA staff because that was the example set by the leadership.  Not a good experience.
